When you join our waitlist, we collect the name and email address you enter, whether you told us you're a parent or a student, and the student's current math course. If you opened the form from a pricing card, we also record which plan you were viewing.

We store the referring page and browser user-agent string alongside your entry. These are used for understanding which parts of our site people find us through, and for identifying automated spam submissions. We do not store your IP address.

We are preparing our first cohort and are using the waitlist to understand how many students and families are interested, and what level of math they're coming in at. That shapes our schedule, our pricing, and the order in which we contact people.

We will email you when enrollment opens. We do not run drip campaigns or send unrelated marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not publish it. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Your details are stored in our own database, hosted with our infrastructure providers, and are accessible only to Bridge staff who need them in order to contact you.

Bridge is designed for Grade 12 and first-year university students, so some of the people who join our waitlist are minors. We deliberately collect as little as possible: a name, an email address, and a course level. We do not ask for a date of birth, a home address, a phone number, or a school name.

If you are a parent or guardian and would like to review or remove information a student has submitted, email us and we will take care of it.

We keep waitlist entries until the cohort you were waiting for has been filled and contacted, after which we remove entries we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time before that.

Email us and ask to be removed from the waitlist. We will delete your entry and confirm once it's done. You do not need to give a reason.
